Policy Recommendations from the Ag Energy Summit, 1.27mb pdf addresses state and federal policies that will move biofuels and renewable electricity to market, accelerate development capacity, encourage the development of marketable products and build market access. Recommendations are included on state production and capital financing incentives and Federal Incentives in the Farm Bill and Energy Bill that will encourage local ownership.
